The initial visit/estimate was to go over the details of the Samsung sizes for our home, along with accessories and locations to support the installation. The representative called when he was on his way and arrived at the agreed-upon time. It was a very informative visit, and we set a date for installation. Everything that was discussed was followed up on an email they broke down the pricing. Prior to installation day, phone call and email reminders were sent. On installation day, the technicians arrived on time, and I showed them the locations where the units would be installed and the breaker panel in the basement. The technicians worked together throughout the day and were very professional in ensuring quality was met. A couple of times, I witnessed one technician asking for a peer check to make sure the particular step was correct. The work areas were kept neat at all times without having clutter. Safety was observed while working on the extension ladder. Excellent communication was observed with the technicians throughout the installation. After installation was completed, any dust or debris was vacuumed up. A thorough explanation on running the remotes and what each of the buttons does to run the units was provided. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with the installation crew and would recommend them to others. Thanks!!

Fabulous. From the initial assessment in the dead of winter making access a three season property difficult - to the scheduling and followup and install. Everything right on time and hugely professional and competent. I was kept informed as the date approached and the day before and morning of the scheduled date. No changes! Some decisions needed to be discussed to accommodate the customer and good suggestions and creative solutions were adopted. Smart thinking . The job was completed on time, estimate accurate and everything explained and cleanup complete. Am very happy with decision to go with Ecoheat Maine/New Hampshire.
